Resident is responsible for electricity, water, sewer, trash, internet, and cable.

Homes feature Wood-Style Flooring, In-Home Washer & Dryer Connections, Energy-Efficient Appliances, Air Conditioning, 9-Foot Ceilings, Walk-In Closets, and a Private Balcony/Patio.

Yes. Our fitness center includes cardio machines, free weights, resistance machines, and a yoga/stretch area.

Are you pet-friendly? What are the pet policies and fees?
Yes, we welcome pets! We allow max 2 pets.
Fees include:
- Pet deposit: $300-$500
- Monthly pet rent: $35.00 per pet
Is renters' insurance required?
Yes, residents are required to maintain renters’ insurance with minimum liability coverage of $100,000.

What is the lease length? Do you offer short-term leases?
We offer lease terms ranging from 6–15 months. Short-term leases may be available at an additional premium.
Is there an application fee?
Yes, the application fee is $45 per applicant.
Are co-signers or guarantors allowed?
Yes, guarantors are accepted if income requirements are not met.
How can I pay rent?
Rent can be paid via online resident portal, auto-pay, check, or money order.
Is parking available?
Yes, we offer assigned first-come, first-served parking. Additional fees may apply.

Guest parking is available in designated areas.

Utilities are set up by the resident.

Yes, the community features security cameras.
How are emergency repairs handled?
We provide 24-hour emergency maintenance service. Residents can call 971-424-4005 for urgent issues.
